Calling all Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Cardigan Welsh Corgi lovers to come and  join us for the fun at the 9th annual NC Corgi Picnic on September 25th, 2010 from 10:00am until 4:00pm at OUR NEW LOCATION, the Teamworks Dog Training facility,   195 Robbins Road, Youngsville, NC 27596.  (Pictures of the facility and directions can be found on the faciltiy website at http://www.dogtrainingraleighnc.net)  it is an outdoor 10-acre site just east of Wake Forest near the intersection of 401 & 98.

The picnic is great fun for you and your Corgis, and proceeds will go to Corgi-Aid.  Please RSVP by September 18.   A charge of $8.00 per person will help to cover the cost of renting the facility.
Games
Hot dog bobbing, quickest recall (the Corgi Dash) musical mats.
Contests
Cutest Bunny Butt (Pembroke) and Best Tail (Cardigan).

Demonstrations
Plans for this year are not finalized yet, but we may have demonstrations in Agility, Rally, and  herding, as well as practice in some of these venues.  Come and watch the pros show how much fun it can be to work with your dog.

We may be able to offer herding instict testing for your puppies 2-6 months of age

Costume - Rescue Parade
We'd love to see all the rescue dogs in our costume parade.  Costumes are available for a $1 rental if you don't have your own, and proceeds go to Corgi-Aid.
